Nonlinear Stroke Blueprints
Description
Don't just feel the Nonlinear game, see it.
They are the ultimate blueprint for the Nonlinear stroke.
Your arm will go into the Nonlinear strokes like the pros. This is what the most natural players do. You'll feel the standing wave coming out of your core and out to the contact point as you do your Figure 8.
Great for your volleys and groundstrokes.
You can finally visualize the Nonlinear stroke for your volleys and groundstrokes. you get a dress rehearsal before every hit. You get two Nonlinear shots for the price of one (talk about a deal). You practice it in your mind first and then the actual hit. you know how your arm should actually be shaped at contact. This conditions you to have the perfect stroke and not be played by the ball.
When all visuals are paired together, they work best for volleys and groundstrokes. However, the red arrow is a great reminder where the 45 is on serves.
A great practice tool for drop-feeding, hand-fed balls, and the ball machine.
Some even like to use it when having a nice short-court rally to really visualize the perfect Nonlinear stroke to get dialed in even faster.
